What to expect at a session
I offer sound healing sessions at my home outside Bath, I am in easy reach of Wiltshire, Somerset and Bristol. It may be possible for me to travel to you.
Hour-long sessions (with time before and after) are available for £40.
The session
At the start of the session, we will set an intention.
Sound tools will be selected for intuitive work in harmony with your specific needs at that time. Find out more about the various instruments and techniques used here.
Healing occurs through Sympathetic Resonance, whereby the whole being responds to the sound frequencies created during the session in response to the intent.
Sound healing is a deeply relaxing experience, and you will be made comfortable, either lying or sitting fully clothed.
Sessions last for 90 minutes, including intention setting, sound healing, and finishing with some silent time for integration.
Casper
You may also see our friendly nine-year-old family cat, Casper, who adds his own healing sounds to our home (have a look at this 'The Healing Power of Cat Purrs' infographic to discover more!). If you would rather not meet, let me know and he can stay in his room for the duration of your visit.
